Very useful deep fryer. I did mozzarella sticks in it, It fits 5 sticks. unfortunately who ever designed it did not do such a good job with the cover it does not fit on top correctly! Otherwise it fried nicely.

The pot and its components are of surprising quality. I removed a star because the lid handle isn't fixed solidly. The pot volume is less than I imagined, but works well for me.

Heated up quickly and didn't splatter. Perfect for my need. A little on the small size, but perfect for one.
