This one-piece was easy to install. It works well, but like most low-flow toilets, the flush does not necessarily result in a complete cleaning of the bowl.

I've just installed 2 of these One-Piece toilets (DV-1F52102) in my home. Installation was as expected except for finding that the existing Toilet Flanges sat-up 1/4 inch too high for these toilets to sit flush. After chiseling out the old glued-in flanges and replacing with new ones, should be good to go. Only to find that the factory installed "fill valves" do not shut themselves off!Unfortunately, Zero info on the instruction sheets about the Flush & Fill mechanisms and no mention of them on Deer Valley's "help pages".Very frustrating, so I contacted the company. They replied a few days later... After explaining the problems in detail, they went out of their way to make things right! They even had one of their techs send me a video to explain & illustrate how to adjust theses mechanisms. They tell me, it is now also available on YouTube!Toilet is a beautiful design, well made & looks great! Would have given 5 stars if they had provided info on these "Flush & Fill" mechanisms from the start...

do not buy this toilet. after i purchased two, installed one. than i became curious about replacement parts. turns out the flushing mechanism is not available as a replacement part. you need to replace the entire toilet, within one year for warranty, you pay freight back. your gamble.after several emails deer valley finally confirmed that the flushing mechanism is available, part #DV-F102V01. the one i installed is working great. the low volume flush is good enough for good drainage. do not need to use the high volume. i will now be installing the second toilet
