Buy a better one. I see oil pressure. But not what its suppose to be. 20psi higher than what it reads

I think this is only rated to read max pressure at 80 psi. Bought to replace a cheap sensor from a cheap oil gauge kit. Great value. Works perfectly with the gauge I had. Fit perfectly in the oil filter sandwich plate I used to add an oil cooler to my car

My low oil pressure warning alarm on mercruiser volvo penta quit going off when I replaced this. However I also started using a plain 30 weight oil rather than 10w30 weight oil for engine oil change which boat mechanic suggested might help alarm from going off when engine got warmed up. Since both of these things were done at the same time I am not sure which helped the most but I suspect it was replacing the oil pressure sensor sending unit.

Really fast shipping. It was installed in a 1998 Cobalt boat with Mercruiser 7.4 MPI. After a month of headache for locating the problem in the fuel system. The old faulty oil pressure sending unit caused electric fuel pump to shut down.

Easy swap on my Indmar Monsoon on my 01 Malibu. Previous gauge was moving the needle around a bunch. This one is nice and steady.
