This is the BEST cooling blanket that actually keeps you cool all night!! For all the ladies in Menopause…this blanket is the best and I highly recommend it!! For the first time, I did not have night sweats since I started using this blanket. LOVE IT

AMAZING! Menopause and fibromyalgia keep me HOT. This lightweight, soft, cool blanket stays between me and the top sheet. If I do wake up warm, I just move my leg and find a cool spot. Stays cool longer than a cooling comforter that I bought!

This is a cooling blanket for sure. It has some ability to feel colder when it's touching our skin. When the fan is on its even cooler. However, the blanket has no breathability. So we sweat when we use it. My boyfriend and I don't usually sweat at night. We even have central A/C so the house doesn't get very hot. Besides that, the blanket is soft, almost silky and has some weight to it, so that cozy feeling is definitely there. I was going to return it but we decided to keep it because returning stuff is difficult to remember lol. We really like it, except for when we wake up sweaty like we had slept under plastic wrap. Maybe it's just us? So it'll be an extra blanket for now and I'm going to try a bamboo cooling blanket next to see if that works better for us.

I bought this for my mother for mother's Day. She has been having a really rough time with night sweats due to menopause. She loooooved it. She mentioned that it works much better than her other "cooling blankets", and that it actually helps a lot when she's having hot flashes at night.

I read the reviews and was skeptical, but since I got this as part of a deal price, I figured why not?! Well the minute you take it out of the box you can feel how cool it is….literally. I always wash things first before I use them, and it handled the wash fine. The drying instructions are line dry only, but it was raining, so into the dryer on low for a few minutes and no problems at all. So the ultimate test….does it work? It absolutely does! We had some warm Summer like days and this with a sheet worked wonders. Then it got cold, so the comforter came back out and we left this on the bed….even under the comforter it was still cool. Best money I ever spent! I also got one for a family member and they absolutely loved theirs as well. It was nice to see how light it was and the size wasn’t an issue at all. It may even spend all year round on the bed, only time will tell!

The material is super smooth and it actually stays cool. Great for hot flashes or people that are polar bears. We orderva Queen size and it fits perfectly. Overall, I would absolutely recommend it.

Welcome to perimenopause and a bf who is always cold. When even the sheet is too darn hot but you need to have something. It legit stays cool. I bought the throw since it's just for me no matter where I use it. I'm 5'2" and 115 lbs and the throw works just fine. I'm going to buy the pillowcases next and another one for the couch. This current one I use on our bed (and push sheet and blanket to him!) so the throw size also works well. If you're both hot sleepers then get the entire set of sheets and all! Wish I could! I washed in gentle and hung before first use. So far it is a game changer and a total help!
