I bought this product in Janaury. Installation was a breeze. I've installed several ceiling fans before. For the 1st 5 months everything worked great. I loved the fan. Then....The output light level only operated at the lowest setting! No longer could the brightness be adjusted up and down - it was stuck on low! I contacted the seller but I reckon since it was outside of the return period he didn't see the need to respond.Be very careful. This product is not reliable!Edit: August 9, 2024The seller contacted me. I explained the issue I was experiencing and sent photos. He proceeded to send me a replacement fan. I installed it and everything is working fine once more. Sometimes things don't last as long as they reasonably should. In this situation I believe the seller's after sales support was excellent and made up for the inconvenience I had experienced.

5 STARS!! Perfect size, amount of light, and ceiling fan options. Highly recommend. My electrician had it installed in no time. We like how lightweight it is.

The mounting bracket doesn't fit the standard ceiling wiring box for fans. The instructions don't even show a proper install they only show screwing into the ceiling with ankers like you would find when someone who has no idea what they are doing installs one. You have to by a mounting adapter to even mount it in a way that is proper.

Fortunately the product works and works well with the remote but if you're counting on the app to use it appears to be fubar since the registration server is not answering your request for new registrations. Consequently you can't actually get into the app. Contacted the manufacturers of the light who didn't even respond.

This is a great product so far just installed it pretty easy didn’t take long ‘ a lot of plastic parts but it’s got 6 speeds on it ! cooled off my whole kitchen love it ! Will be ordering another one! So worth it
