I buy this Dell Chromebook because I need small laptop for travel and light work. I use many computer before, so I know little bit what to expect. This one is just okay.Touchscreen work fine, and it flip to tablet, but screen not very bright. Sometime hard to see if light in room is strong. Keyboard feel cheap, little hard to type fast.Processor is not bad, but also not fast. It say “up to 2.2GHz” but when I open few tabs or YouTube, it slow down. Not good for multitask. Just okay for email or Google Doc.Storage is only 32GB, so fill up fast. Have to use cloud or SD card. WiFi is fast, that part I like. Battery also decent.I know is renewed, so I not expect perfect, but still I think price little high for what you get. It work, but I don’t love it.Good for basic use, but not if you need power or speed.

Bought one in excellent condition. It actually arrived in excellent condition like new! I have tried other refurbished Chromebooks that said excellent but was good condition. This one is the best refurbished Chromebook ont excellent condition that I have received. It seems faster than the other one I tried. So far so good on its functionality. Ill update if there are any changes to its star ratings.

i wrote this review 3x and it wont post maybe 3rd times a charm?It works , works great in fact. Only issue i had is they put this very cheap vinyl covering on it and made the whole thing look cheap looking. Covered the chrome book 11 insignia on the back and just looked so off. I ripped all of it off and I'm getting my own. Way better already. As u can see the person before me engraved it. dont know why they would sell a laptop with such poor condition...
