This is a great space saving option, especially for those working from home or are perhaps a student with limited space for a desktop to take up. Great screen quality though I wish it was a touch screen. It makes doing my work much easier and efficient. Zoom calls, net meetings or any other online video conferencing is easy with this computer. I definitely recommend it.

This is a great computer at a pretty good price and Amazon makes it even better with a configuration not available directly from Dell. This unit from Amazon gives you an Intel i7 CPU without making you buy the more expensive touchscreen model. It also gives you a speedy NVMe SSD drive for the boot drive and operating system (and apps, if you so choose), but then gives you an affordable 1TB SATA drive for bulk storage. The display is clear and bright and the sound is pretty good for built-in speakers. The only thing missing is some bass and "depth" to the sound. Overall, this AIO is sufficiently attractive. I'm not a huge fan of the bent metal legs, but I'm not going to not buy a PC because of that. But if Dell is reading this: Please go back to the center pillar design! One other annoyance is that there are no easily accessible USB ports. They're all in the back. It would've been nice to have one or two on the sides of the screen. The keyboard and mouse are radio-frequency connected with a USB dongle, so allow for that in counting ports. It also means they couldn't put a USB port on the side of they keyboard, either. Overall, this is a great system for the average home user or maybe an office setting that doesn't involve number crunching or media editing.

I ordered this computer with 512 SSD, 12 Ram and a 1TB HD for $999. It showed up with a 256 SSD. I called customer service and they apologized and sent me a new one. It arrived again with a 256 SSD. I called customer service who said that if the same thing happens twice, they have protections in place so it doesn't happen again. They sent me a new one. Guess what: Wong again. This time I am told that they have sent out notice to all the distribution centers to be sure they have the advertised product. I was told to wait 48 hours and if it was still on the website with a 512 SSD, to reorder it because this time I will get the right one. I waited 96 hours and reordered. It showed up wrong again. This is simply false advertising on the part of Amazon and I think that they just feel like they can get away with it because they are so big.

I'm writing this review using my desktop. I'm not a tech person but an everyday user like most folks. I bought this desktop for school, some business, and overall general personal use. The display is nice. The colors look vibrant enough for me and the brightness is sufficient. There is also night mode which acts as a blue light filter. This is the first time I've had a display this big so it takes a little adjusting for me. You can tilt the device back a bit so that helps. I am not a gamer so I can't say how gaming works. My bro promises to check that out for me so I would update this review when he has. Watched a couple anime on the device and it was a nice experience. The speakers are sufficiently loud and the colours looked nice and vibrant. I am not a camera person, however, whilst the camera was decent I think it could have been a bit better. I do like the privacy mode and I don't think you can use it for facial recognition. The system is fast, and set up is simple enough. I thought there would be a bit of a learning curve with Windows 11 but there isn't any really. My only complaint is the keyboard and mouse provided. They feel a bit cheap and I'm uncertain about their durability. For such an investment I think Dell could have done a bit better. Also whilst it's not a dealbreaker all the input ports are in the back. It would have been nice to have at least the headphone port and maybe 1 or two usb ports on the side. Overall the desktop is a nice upgrade from my laptop especially since I am a bit old-fashioned and view a desktop as a better productivity tool unless you are on the move often well I guess a laptop is the best option. The design is quite nice too. If you don't mind not having a touchscreen and want decent specs to get you through school, work and some entertainment, you won't go wrong with this device.

Love this all in one, perfect for remote work environment. The built-in stand legs allows you to tilt the display forward and back, screen size is AWESOME. The operating system PRO not home edition so joining domains is supported. The operating system is located on a solid state drive so it boots FAST! Just remember to install your programs to the 1TB D: mechanical drive as the SSD drive is only 225GB. I like the fact that the webcam can be pushed down into the top of the monitor and blocked any view from apps when wanted. The soundbar that comes with it is good for web meeting apps too. The Bluetooth works well with all my devices. Only problem I have is a message pops up from time to time telling me my mouse battery is low when it's not.

Like the screen size and clarity, operates very fast. Does not have touch screen because I did not want a touch screen. Only wish it came with a DVD drive. I ordered one separately for und $50. Also, wish there were more than 3 USB connections. The mouse uses one on them and my printer the second. That only leaves one more and I sometimes want to have the DVD drive and a flash drive connected at the same time. Overall, I am very happy with it.

I'm very satisfied with this computer. I added "to date" in the headline because, well, ya never know the future. The machine boots cleanly and quickly. I use the machine for personal browsing, including email; financial matters; and projects for my church broadcast productions. It does not have a touch screen; I knew that when I bought and did not want it to have one. The internal camera is the popup type; that may lead some to conclude that it isn't there. I would repeat this purchase if I needed a second desktop.
