Big disappointment. Multiple issues. Battery only holds about an hours worth of use. Screen has one bright spot in it. "R" key on keyboard would not function without mashing down. CPU cooler fan was wining. Bluetooth card just stopped functioning yesterday. Massive waste of money.

Purchased from "Tech Magnet" - A 45W charger was sent with the laptop and stopped working within a week, but a quick phone call and they sent out the correct 65W charger that got here the next day.Fast forward to a few months later and the new charger dies. I call to get yet another charger and am told that it's been over 90 days (by two days!) and they can't send me one. Even though the listing had said it had a year warranty.They've lost a customer and went from a 5 star review to a 1 star over an item that would have cost them just a few dollars to replace, and now I have a paperweight for a computer that can't charge.

This little laptop is great for running emulators for retro games. The internal storage isnt much *but* the sd card reader makes it great for storing lots of smaller, low spec games.

The ink on the label hasn’t even dried yet and it’s arrived! Super impressed with this fast delivery. It took away all anxiety of waiting until after Christmas. Refurbished, yes but screen looks great, buttons, touch works, testing battery life. You guys are awesome and this came right in time in every way. I’ll be kick butt in classes next semester! I was told I would receive the computer next day, it took 4 days to receive.I received a computer that doesn't even charge, I had to hold the charger all crazy to get it to charge for a few seconds at a time. All while starting my new job which I purchased this computer for.Not only did it not charge properly, it wouldn't click on the first click I'd have to click several times.Then the company wouldn't send me a new computer, so I can send this one back. They wanted me to send this computer first. Leaving me computerless for work, which was the whole purpose of purchasing this in the first place.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!Amazon can not help, this is a TRASH outside vendor!

The left keys on the board stopped working after a few weeks. Been trying to contact Amazon support and Dell but one keeps tossing me to the other. Poor poor quality of response and support. Better not to buy refurbished from Amazon and Dell.

I received this computer early as I was expected. And it was protected. But when opened it ready to set up, guess what, the computer was already set up with an account, with three apps.I was surprised to see how an item new is sold as someone was using it.I understand that it is refurbished, but I believe before resell they have yo restore it so as to delete previous details including account and personal details.Yo this was different, has an account, with this weak battery which lasts 2 hours and dead.It’s screen looks good but shows that of course is used which I don’t complain since I purchased it knowing that is used.I am disappointed how they can send me a computer with someone’s details?
