Excellent laptop for the money. Unlike most at this price point both the ram and hard drive are upgarable.

The laptop was listed as in excellent condition, but when it was received, there were full-sized stickers that matched the metal case color covering the top and bottom of the computer to hide damage. The screen also had a cover to mask any issues. A sticker will not be durable. The left touchpad button did not return fully when you depressed it. The quality checklist sent with the computer showed that the fingerprint reader was tested and worked properly, but the computer does not have a fingerprint reader.

Terrible return policy. Charging capability completely degraded in less than 3 months. When I returned the computer, I found out there was a restocking fee of $175. When an item is defective, the refund should be 100% of the purchase price. The seller probably bought the used computer for less than the restocking fee to begin with. I will never make a purchase like this again and will also warn others on a Facebook post.
