It looks like new no dent or scratches anywhere. It is very fast for work related tasks. I have always liked Dell computers because of how faster they are compared to the other brands. Gave it 4 stars because the usb port is defective, but I will use the usb-c with a hub when needed.

Needed a lightweight device to with a keyboard as I am on the road for work a lot and this is exactly what I needed. Came very clean and with a new charger. I have no issues works great and has amazing battery life and has great speed for being refurbished. Overall i think this is an amazing find for the price.

The listing wasnt clear. I thought that as a 2 in 1 device that both tablet and keyboard were to be included. Only the tablet was packed but that was in excellent shape as stated. Rather than return the tablet I purchased the keyboard from another vendor and will probably not buy from En-tech in the future.

Doesn't turn on unless it is hooked to the charger even when it says it's fully charged. Looks like it was thrown on some concrete kicked around and tossed out in the yard.
