5 stars if the situation wasn't so odd but yet I feel like I should know the answer but cannot pinpoint it. I can't register the PC for warranty. All warranty/support ticket options are rerouted to China or International. I spent a couple of hours on the phone with Dell support. Many emails. Dell support is top notch btw. However, I still can't register the PC. The Dell Service Tag sticker was stripped off the PC too; you can still see the adhesive residue in the shape of a rectangle. Otherwise the PC is excellent...but makes me wonder what's the story.

STAY AWAY! I WOULD PUT ZERO STARS if it could. This product is clearly used and reboxed, yet it's sold as new.Who knows what malicious content was loaded onto these devices.This was a complete waste of my time and resources.

It’s ok. Lots of memory. Good processor. Poor video, unless you option for the additional second HMDI port. I had to order the part from Dell. WI-FI is terrible. Very slow. No support from Dell to correct. Nice that it’s small
