The description said that this all in one desktop was in excellent condition m, but it was not. The monitor front and back had scratches on it and as well the gunk left over from stickers that was once was there. The item also was very dirty

Worst experience ever. Firstly, the keyboard was broken and missing keys. Next, the back of the monitor wasn't secure and in place. Lastly (as for as I know) has been in the the shop twice, at my expense. I do realize that I purchased a "refurbished" item, but a broken piece of crap is more like.

Love the extra space. Works great for my needs. Love that the extra programs are gone. It takes a little time for it to learn my programs, downloaded or plug and play. Some are still not achieved like surveillance. Seems camera and speakers don't work. That would frustrated or piss off most people. I don't use the camera. I have speakers that work better on this computer then my other one. My other computer was so noisy right from the start, its nice to have a perfectly quiet one. I believe I made a good choice for the price and it was a warehouse buy.

It does work but that is the only good thing I have to say. Does "excellent condition" mean a screen scratched from top to bottom. There is a gouge out of the paint on the base (this I can live with on a renewed item0. Thankfully I already have a mouse because the one that came with it came out of the box in pieces. I am very disappointed. My husband and I bought several "refurbished" computers through Amazon and were very happy with them. There were no simple assembly instructions for my first computer purchase since becoming a widow and obviously, I didn't have a computer to go online for help.
