Seller has great communication. Server came as listed (although less of a description than other listings). Mine came with 2- 1.2tb SAS drives which was a nice surprise. All the ram was there and working. The only hiccup was during shipping one of the power supplies got banged up, contacted the seller and they shipped me out a new 1100w power supply.Thanks again to the seller, would recommend!

This server runs very well and comes equipped nicely. Mine came from ConfigureSystem, and they were very nice with the customer service regarding customizing the server and ordering parts and software for it.It came boxed up nice and cushioned, and was fully assembled.There were no major cosmetic issues, and the server otherwise looked in good condition, almost new.Very good vendor to buy from, and very good first impression.

Update 1/28/23 - Adding a couple stars because seller was at least willing to walk me through getting drives back online (RAID card popped loose in shipping, that was the broken plastic clip I found) and is sending me new clips along with the correct quad-ethernet NIC as advertised. As far the USB-dying-server-freezing thing, I'm gonna chalk that up to using a questionable/failing keyboard; I haven't had the issue since changing KB's. I am still not giving this 5 though, because I feel that a professionally "refurbished" item should be properly cleaned.---------------------Original 1/24/23 - Screws and broken plastic parts loose inside the package and server housing. The USB ports randomly stop working. Mystery sticky brown junk splattered on the back of the server housing (obviously not cleaned). Has two (2) SSD drives, but system check claims that no drives are plugged into the system and the test fails. I'm very afraid to actually depend on this server for anything.Further, the description is wrong. It clearly states 4 gigabit Ethernet ports. This machine only has two ethernet ports.
