When I ordered this server and it said it had 24TB, well that was true based on the RAID configuration, but really it has six 6TB Drives configured for 24T, really there was 36TB. The system was clean, very well packed, and all the BIOS software was updated to the latest version. It fired right up, I installed my server software and hypervisor and it has been running perfectly for about 30 days now. I love that it has 12x3.5" drive bays on the front, and 2x2.5" SSD bays in the back. Perfect setup for my needs. If I had spare cash laying around I'd buy another one just to have spare!

I would have given it a 5 Star but I was out of town and the server was shut down and the power was on. The UPS will not turn back on automatically when the power goes back on. firmware should fix this but is not available.

These CPU's max thermal range is 84.5C according to Intel. Under zero load, they constantly stay around 75-79C, already near the max thermal range. This is a room with good ventilation that is at 24C ambient.Would not recommend. No means to contact the seller directly. Avoid.

It seems the server was operational on 11/5, 4 days before I installed it. I saw in the idrac logs that drive 5 was in predictive failure, so it had to be operational at that point. The seller places the blame on the shipper, which may be true, but I still can't trust this server. The seller has offered to replace the damaged hardware, but if it was damaged that bad in shipping, what else will break down the road?***Original review***The backplane on this server was utterly destroyed! The HDD connectors were ripped from the PCB and stuck in the HDD themselves, as seen in the pics! When I booted this thing up, there were only 2 HDDs showing. Upon inspection, I found that those 2 drives were the only ones powering up. When I removed the others, well, the pics speak for themselves. HOW DOES THIS EVEN HAPPEN! THERE IS NO WAY THEY DIDN'T KNOW THAT THIS BACKPLANE WAS TRASHED!!! AVOID THESE REFERBS AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

This has been by far the best company I have dealt with in 2021. Ordered a server, came damaged due to what appeared to be caused by someone along the shipping route dropping the thing. Called up and by my surprised was greeted by a human, working in the tech industry i have a love/hate relationship with IVRs. So this was a pleasant surprise. Explained that the back-plane was sheered on the right side. No questions asked shipped me out a replacement back-plane. No hassles, no gimmicks just good ole-fashioned customer service. I will have no problem buying from this company again.As for the server, it was delivered exactly as described. Clean, booted up, and except for the back-plane damage, was functional out of the box. I will also say this was packaged well, i should have took a picture of the box and sent to the delivery company cause it was clear someone dropped it on the corner. I have yet to test the hard-drives, but I didn't intend to use them, more ales like emergency/emergency spares.again though great customer service.

Fair pricing. Of course I wish I could have gotten a better pricing, but I guess that is driven by the demands. So far have had no issues.
