This imaging drum came to me with a defective gray roller bar inside. I couldn't figure out why my papers were not printing cleanly after replacing the drum. I replaced my toner cartridge, thinking that was the issue but it wasn't. When I looked closer at the drum, you can clearly see the rubber material is peeling off the one roller bar inside. It's possible this is just a fluke, but I will look closer at my imaging drum when I get them in from here on out.

Ayant été refroidi par des cartouches soi-disant compatibles, j'ai préféré faire un sourcing directement chez le constructeur. Effectivement, elle fonctionne bien et ne transforme pas ma vieille imprimante Dell en truc baveux mais qu'est-ce que c'est cher. C'est vraiment abuser...

The item was exactly what I needed to correct a printer issue. Installation was simple and quick. Much easier to transition the toner from the old one to this one than I anticipated.
