Pros: I just recieved this, already installed it. Works unlike the unit I replaced with it.Cons: the box only had a pump. There was no strainer, clips, nothing else. Just the single pump. It would've been nice to know in advanced that the item wasn't coming with all the parts listed.I had to go buy a strainer, which costs over 30 bucks just to get the job done right... so, missing pieces would be the take away from this. I'll see how long this pump lasts, hopefully for a long time as this brand usually makes quality parts...Not everybody has time to run around and chase missing parts. I was very displeased. If it weren't for that, I'd have given a five star...

Pump had to be replaced after 2.5 months. Wiring was backwards.

I honestly do not know. By the time my friend got it installed, and found out it didnt work, I missed my Amazon deadline to return it.

Honestly thought I bought a quality part. 3 months after installing this and it is maxed out at WOT on my Mercury Marauder. Pump is slowly going to crap, just after the Amazon warranty. Perfect.

The electrical connector wasn't a match with my male electrical connector, see picture and compare my original (in picture) with this unit. The "slot" in the connector isn't a match. I was able to grind off a little of the plastic to get it to mate and it's snug and works fine so far.

mine came with the wrong tabs on the gasket for my application (2004 CVPI)so I just cut the one offending tab off and installed it. No leaks and it runs good. Comes with everything needed for install.
