This vise is handy,if you make sure the one piece is pushed in hard enough to hold the glass otherwise your glass could fall out and I found can also scratch the zinc frame.maybe if there was some felt on the pieces that "sandwich" the glass tight.

This is what I've been looking for. Holds projects well. I was expecting it to be a little larger. I guess I need to buy another one for a larger project.
