Sensor was not exact as pictured. Substitute sensor was sent. I could of got this coolent sensor locally. Sender should of disclosed that substitute sensor was available and if still wanted by the buyer. I installed coolant sensor as I been without my truck for a week already. Had to add Teflon tape to sensor. New sensor was brass and did into intake manifold. Started truck and got to temp. 199* F, and no leaks noticed. Truck used to run around 201-203 in the Florida heat. Will see how it does when driving.

this part does not fit my 2010 dodge ram 1500 , this is the seconde sensor that i but .according to Amazon first and second sensor fit my truck , make no mistake , for accuracy buy your car or truck parts on EBAY .

Wanted the same part as pictured.. instead I got the exact same cheap one I bought a week earlier ( that broke upon installation) this was 30 dollars more than the cheap one...in the end..once it broke I just use it as a plug..never again

According to the ad it said it would fit my vehicle. But the plug wasn't the same. It was more square then the one on my truck. I wasn't able to use this one and had to find it elsewhere. I suggest double checking the shape of the plug b4 ordering. They look very similar but will not swap.

Supposedly, this fits an 09 Wrangler 3.8ltr according to Amazon. The harness connector does not match. This does not fit my Jeep.

Buen producto, voy a comentar algo que creo es importante, de acuerdo a la descripción, este es un sensor para un Mitsubushi, pero mi camioneta es Jeep Grand Cherokee 2009 y traía este sensor. compre 2 veces sensores para el modelo de mi camioneta y ninguno quedo en la rosca, entonces empecé a buscar por la imagen del sensor en Internet, encontré este y en cuanto a rosca y resistencia del elemento quedo perfecto...pero... la base de conexión, donde están las patitas de contacto, en este sensor es CUADRADA y el conector de la Jeep es REDONDEADO, así que no entraba por 1 milímetro de cada lado... lo mas sencillo para mi fue lijar el sensor en su base de conexión, me tarde 5 minutos y listo!! No se si sea lo mas adecuado pero estoy en México y aquí o no es tan fácil encontrar refacciones especificas...

I bought this to replace the 096ab sensor on my Dodge 2013 Ram 1500. The part fits the hole but the top of the plug is more square than the 096ab part and will not plug in. The 096ab coolant sensor has more rounded edges.That also said, before you buy a water pump, make sure they have a coolant sensor that will actually fit it. I bought my water pump at AutoZone and because RAM has redesigned the original water pump, the new Coolant Sensors do not match the old water pump design as the new Coolant sensors are slightly larger in diameter.I went to the dealership and their only resolution was to buy another water pump from them with the coolant sensor already in it for $212.I SHOULD HAVE JUST BOUGHT A FORD!!!!!

Coolant temperature sensor looks similar to oe mopar but with wrong connector it looks threads right but as soon put it under pressure pops like bullet an the engine can get damage, next time I spend at dealer and save money

Didn't fit my 2011 jeep wrangler. Couldn't get my money back on it because I installed it to see if it fit my jeep and I scuffed the celent part.
