I ordered as a replacement for the original grate and burner on my Weber Q1200 grill. It fit perfectly and works great. I was concerned about how easy it would be to clean since it was just plain cast iron (instead of porcelain clad like the original). I found it is much easier to clean than the original grate. Am very pleased with it.

Had my Weber portable Q2 hundred for 13 years, yes 13 years. Don’t think I cleaned it even once, unfortunately in that entire time, but it worked like a champ. Was thinking of getting a new one as the burner heat had deteriorated a bit, but then I stumbled across the wonderful replacement on Amazon. The one behold, installed later in approximately 12 minutes and fully functional! Had to run the burner for a bit to get some weird chemical smell out of it but other than it seems to be working fine. Will update in a month or so after I’ve used it for a bit to let you know how the heat and performance is going.

The grate fit our Q 100 perfectly and looks to be identical to the original. It is solid, well-cast, and grills nicely after the initial seasoning of the cast iron. The burner also fits fine and works well.

When this item arrived it did not fit in my Weber Q, because the shape was slightly wrong, with the corners being slightly too wide to fit in the grill body. So I had to spend about twenty minutes shaping them with a bench grinder, doing a little, testing, regrinding, and so on, until they fit right. Once that was done, and I was able to place it in the grill, it looks and works great.

Our Weber Baby Q grill served our home for many years and was worn out. I searched for a new Iron grill grate but always, in the end, refurbed my old grate. That is until I just took a chance and bought the DELSbbq gate. I liked that it came with a new burner tube because it also needed replacing. This was a fantastic decision; this just added years of life to my old Baby Q! This grate is one piece and looks just like the original. This was a great purchase from Amazon; yes, I am excited!
