This is awesome weed barrier, comes all nice & wrapped up and unfolds into this long, strong fabric. It's the best I have seen OR gotten. I ordered 2 as I wasn't sure how much on would cover but 1 covered exactly what I needed covered. So now I have another for another year. Great stuff! Very happy with this purchase.

I've spread this weed barrier beneath a layer of hay (covered by chicken wire), and for the first time ever, I'm keeping ahead of the weeds. Some areas have cardboard and some have this weed barrier. I'm not a big fan of the idea of using plastic, but after two years, I hope it will reduce the viable weed seeds that have piled up over the years and allow me to weed by hand (with bark mulch) without consuming my entire life. This is a great option for getting a handle on a new planting area with a weed population that needs to know who's boss. I'm excited to compare the results of cardboard vs weed barrier. Both are working great so far. (this area has been trimmed down into a smaller strip, but I'll be using the full width of 13ft on a hillside to plant pumpkins. I love that the width is wide enough to allow both options!)
