Ordered this in ORB + the 2.5GPM. I’m sure this probably works fine/great but I cannot comment on its performance as we didn’t run water thru it because there was no way we could keep it. It was just too big & clunky looking for a regular size bathtub/shower combo so we had to return it. Also there are MANY of this model for sale here on Amazon w/prices all over the place. This was the best priced however the ONLY difference between this 1 & the same model priced $100-200 more is this 1 has a plastic hose which I thought was metal BUT for $12-$15 you can order a metal hose in any length + color which still makes this the BEST priced model. So if you do want to buy this, save yourself some $$$, get this 1 & just order a compatible metal hose separately.

seller sent defective shower head that leaked, then would not give me a full refund stating I broke the shower head when installing which is not true.

This has been my best purchase for the family. It’s helped with cleaning the tub, washing the dog, and keeping ourselves clean. It has paid for itself over and over again and I love it.It’s kept up with the age of time. Still looks new. If you get this, buy extra plumbers tape. No matter how much you think you need, you’ll need more. I had to redo it a few times until I got it right. Still don’t regret though because just the dog washing ability alone has made this purchase worth it! We’ve had this 3 years now and love it!

Absolutely love them, they really help for my guest bathroom for my father who has Parkinson’s. I have seats in both the guest bathroom and my master bathroom because it’s nice to sit down sometimes lol, but I love how long the wand is and the button that conserves water while you’re lathering up or shaving. Totally worth it and recommend! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Pros: this unit has good pressure and secures better than the previous version. It’s also super easy to install. Make sure you use NEW Teflon tape and do NOT use tools. You will break the plastic and scratch it at the very least. Hand tighten to the supply line very tightly. It will be fine.Cons: the shower head is MUCH smaller than the previous version. Not amazing water pressure. If you want more pressure then take out the flow restrictor, which is that little bluish/greenish thing where the water goes in. Use very pointy (needle nose) pliers to get it out. Mine gushes like a fire hydrant now!

Very easy to install. The multi option sprays are good though not that drastically different. It's not super easy to detach. So far it's fine but i think one day it's going to break and i wont be able to put it back up. I'm extra careful removing and reattaching it. Worried about my guests though

First of all, my experience with Delta has been great over the rest...hands down really. It seems they are the only products that never leak right out of the box! This is my SECOND purchase of the same showerhead that finally aged and calcified due to hard water. This time, I also bought 2 of them (the other for the opposite side) and both are perfect! The first thing that excels is the flow rate, which is 2.5 vs 1.75 gpm. With BOTH of them on at the same time, it's still great! It's something to look for if you want no restrictions without having to fiddle with the limiter. I love how it's fully customizable, too with all the different settings. You literally just screw this on and you're done....super easy. Some have mentioned with the newer units that the showerhead hose is cheap, plasticky, and hard. Well, it kind of is, but as others have mentioned, just hit it with good hot water and with continued use, it QUICKLY becomes pliable and functional. They are pretty rugged actually. I hope this helps anyone considering these. Don't hesitate!

This unit was delivered quickly and was very easy to install. It has been in use for about a month and the whole family loves it. My only concern is that the fittings are plastic so I am concerned about long term durability. Also the mechanism for snapping in the head seems like it could wear out through repeated use. Again the little tabs are plastic. On the plus side water pressure is good and it has just the right amount of settings. Lastly, as the caption implies the colour matched our existing moen antique bronze hardware. Overall 4 out of 5.
