CHEAP PLASTIC! For this heavy price, I expected something better built. The clamp for the removable head is weak and I can see it being a pain to do "from below" for shorter people. When I saw this online, there were no pictures of the clamp mechnisim and I thought it was magnetic like others I've used when traveling. No. It's a small, plastic clip that looks like it will break if you just look at it.The finish wasn't good and for this kind of money I expected a lot more from a brand like Delta. This thing is more poorly constructed than cheap knock offs you can get for like $50! The only metal on it is thin. Dancos are thicker. Just terrible for spending PREMIUM DOLLARS for this.SENT BACK!

Love the color hue and the hand held hose attachment for functionality.A couple things I found out after…. 1) Takes time to angle hand held nozzle for reattaching back in place, 2) the wide faceplate (next to control temp) shows finger prints/ marks easily, 3) the tub water nozzle to fill the tub w water is plastic which makes it feel flimsy. instead of metal. For this price would have thought everything was metal.

Dark gold colour, not a yellowy gold. I love the colour but impossible to match with other gold hardware for the rest of the bathroom.It's gorgeous and functionally really good, but once anything touches its surface it's impossible to clean off to make it look smooth and new again

First PLASTIC! Not all the water settings in the shower head work. The tubs picket can’t get screwed on tight enough. It’s stays loose. The finish is horrible it’s splotchy and looks like crap. This is the second bathroom we have remodeled and we have a plumber so it’s not user error.

The champagne brass does not match most brass finished hardware. Especially if it is brushed brass. Pictures do not show this well but the finish is more like a rose gold instead of a yellow toned gold. If it matched my hardware I would have been happy keeping this purchase!
