The part provided to fasten the faucet under the counter was very poorly designed, basically a half joint. Had to get a new part at Home Depot to securely fasten to counter.Not at all what was expected from a Delta product. That said, once properly fastened, looks good.

I ordered this faucet and didn't read the fine print that it was "used" from Amazon warehouse. So I assumed it was a return and it would be fine. All it said was that the box would come damaged. Well my plumber was here and installed two faucets for me ...new and the "used". The used one was for my prep sink....well it took him an hour and it didn't work. Then he tried to fix it for another 1/2 hour. He was very thorough. The darn thing was broken. So thanks amazon for letting my plumber work on a broken faucet. So it's going back and they are giving me a 20% discount on a new faucet. But I have learned my lesson and it cost me money too.
