Hey dear, this product is defect because I have my contractor was supposed to finish my restroom but he tried to put it in. It’s a defect and I wanna return it. Please let me know what can I do?

My husband accidentally broke off our master bathroom tub fixture . I went to a plumbing repair store locally to purchase another one. They did not have anything that matched my existing Delta faucet. They did offer to the order the part, however, it would be about three times as much as this piece. We took a chance and ordered it from Amazon. It matched the existing part perfectly and installation was simple. I’m so pleased with this.

The tub spout that I got did not match the picture, it is in fact a different one/ different part number. Not sure how it happened but never the less, the picture shown for the stainless version is not what you get, it is a little different.

I bought this as a replacement for a 4 year old faucet that broke inside....good job with quality delta. 400.00 for the set and now essentially another 100 for the faucet replacement. It stated it was threaded...it is not threaded luckily the brass piece was the same as my original one and the faucet fit on it. If you have a threaded pipe from the wall this unit will not work. Hopefully the ones in the other bathrooms will hold up better.
