The item was broken on delivery. Amazingly I found no direct mechanism on Amazon to return/exchange the part. Instead I was given instructions to contact Delta directly. I wrote them with photos of the broken part, requesting a replacement. That was several weeks ago with no replacement part and no response from Delta. Apparently they are too big a company to deal with this small stuff.

Item works as intended. Need to be careful with tightening with too much torque with this being constructed from plastic. Use of plumbers tape is essential when linking pieces together.

Greetings: with the economy still idling, I bought a large travel trailer to live in, it was from a couple that took care of it, but when the husband died, it had to go to provide for the wife.in the shower there is a rail that travels up and down, the hand shower was only secured by a zip tie, any way you couldn`t take a normal shower. this is the correct mount that works with the height adjustable rail. showers are sooo nice now.
