Couldn't find this by looking at reviews but as far as I can tell (after receiving and utilizing) the corners are symmetrical and work good for hanging stuff such as a grow light where that is necessary. Good product. Symmetry.

I tried to find these at the "Lowe Depo" big box stores and couldn't find anything in this size. So far so good. Over a year of ownership and the 20+ times I've used them they have always been easy to thread the lock back into place. A less robust triangle I used would "bend" and then it required tools to disassemble and was impossible to reuse. These haven't bent and haven't rusted. A win!

Good triangle. Fits the most widest purple band from the sunpow line of loop exercise bands. Squats and curls. I bench with adjustable dumbbells bowflex 552And recently PowerBlocks elite expI use it on a lat bar I had from an old bowflex machine.Should have gotten this pair of triangle rings when I bought the bands but I went with some carabiner clips which I do have a use for and they work well too.

The delta quick link triangle steel are large, nice quality and beefy. These caribiners are perfect for my resistant band workout. I liked the quality so much, I bought a second pair. I will make sure to save this product in my favorites for future purchases, if needed.

Just like another reviewer, I got these to use on a resistance band bar. Longer than the X3. I had another non-x3 system and the bar broke. So I dragged out my old Innis (sic) bar and ordered these babies. These carabiners are strong! They accommodate my 2-inch band very easily and are just the right size to provide the optimum range of motion. Highly recommended
