Loved the whole thing except the burner holders on the bottom. The first time I used them could not get them open afterwards, even with WD40. Just not a great design. Ordered two more from another company and they are great.

I just received the Chaffing dishes after the holiday. I have not used them yet... they look, feel and seem sturdy. I look forward to using them at a food show scheduled for the end of this month.

Very sharp looking!! I’ve used this large Chafin dish two weekends in a row. A barn wedding then a home wedding reception. It is beautiful and excellent quality. Going to order two more !!
