Great little hand warmer. works as it should. Does have clips on both the top and bottom of it. Zipper works great. As for waterproofness of it it's probably a B it will stay dry as long as you are not shoving your hands wet into it.

Much better than wearing gloves or putting your hands in your wader pocket, on really cold days you can throw a handwarmer in and you got no worries

Keeps hands warm, especially with a couple hand warmers inside. Buckles around waste, sturdy, well made, good value. Great for duck/goose hunts.

Keeps hands warm, can carry plenty ammo, and other miscellaneous stuff.The only negative I have is that if you're not clipping to waders/overall the belt is very short, I'm a 40 wast and it doesn't fit me with out gear on.I found quick fix, took old gym bag strap an wear over the neck works good.
