Refurbished unit. Will not connect by WiFi when all my devices see the receiver , hit pair, then it looks like connected then dumps connection and no music. IPhone, kindle and PC tried with no luck. Even on their assistant was no help. To top it off the "mode" button does not work. You have to use the remote ! Tried calling support but it would not allow me to input my phone number correctly to move forward. Kept saying enter the 10 digits. But it puts it all in the area code section. Seems like a scam job here. Buyer beware!

Was not in original boxing, but had all the correct parts. The setup is really not as simple and easy as it should be, not as simple as a avr-s570h I tried but had NO networking/wifi capability. Just seems to need better overall setup programming but w/ effort can get to final calibration using auto mode or can use the complete manual setup - I would only do after auto using Audessey multi-spectrum eq, balance, delay for distance, and crossover setting of each speaker, then manual tweaking.Internet setting for streaming radio was easy but having issues w/ connection to media server from pc.
