Bought a universal one and that was a mistake. This was plug and play and works perfect. Have had it for a few months now and absolutely no issues. Great sensor, great length.

This was a perfect fit. Considering there are about 187 different connectors, I was very happy. The error code went away.

I left a little blood in my Toyota Matrix engine compartment. It was mainly from knuckle banging during removal of the old part. Oh, I did buy the special stubby O2 sensor tool and it worked well. This part looks well-made, and it came with no-seize compound already on the threads. The cable is shorter than the original, but it was a perfect length. The old one was too long and rubbed on other parts as it wound its way through the engine compartment.I used my little bluetooth device to turn off the check engine light and it hasn't come back on in the last few days. I'm pleased with the part, my savings over NAPA's price, and my savings in shop labor for a relatively simple task. There are YouTube videos that show the installation process.Does the car run better? I think so but I wouldn't swear to it. The main issue was the check engine light complaining that the old part was ineffective.

Do yourself a favour, if you have a Toyota just buy the Denso and skip the cheap knockoffs. This bad boy works. Period. Feel free to thank me later.

Corolla was throwing a P0171 code after 240k miles. I've been meticulously maintaining this vehicle myself so after some research I learned it's a bad idea to go cheap with an aftermarket sensor. And I usually replace with OEM so I decided to go ahead and pay for this Denso. It's a perfect replacement, comes with anti-seize already applied to the threads and a plastic cover to ensure the anti-seize didn't leak onto the sensor stem (which would be bad). The connector plugged right in, sensor threaded in just fine. Cleared the code and now waiting to see if the code stays cleared. I'm also replacing the lower bank O2 sensor so they're replaced as a pair (not required but not a bad idea either).

This was a perfect fit and direct replacement. It was an oem part. I replaced this on a 2008 Toyota Corolla S. On this particular vehicle this sits too close to the firewall to use a sensor socket so save your money. Take the heat shield off, unhook the sensor, and use a long 22mm combination wrench (boxed end). Pro tip here ,I didn’t have a 22mm and no where local had one in stock. 7/8’s wrench was close enough to get the job done without doing any damage. And man was the old one ignorant coming out.

From my understanding this Denso O2 Sensor is the equivalent of an OEM one that originally came on your Toyota. Sensor came in original Denso packaging, sealed, with compound. I had my mechanic install this while getting some other work done. I was advised that it was a perfect fit with no issues. I have not had my engine light return since installing the new O2 sensor.
