I ordered this Denso 477-0564 Condenser for a Lexus RX300 and after reading the question section it stated that it did NOT come with the drier so I also ordered Denso 478-1500 Receiver Drier which was supposed to fit the RX300. Since the condenser itself had a cheap plastic cap on the attached drier chamber and the 478-1500 Drier came with a machined aluminum cap I opened the plastic cap on the drier chamber only to find a drier already installed. Since I opened it I though I might as well install the new drier bag and machined aluminum cap. The drier media fit but the machined cap and plastic spacer with o ring did not as they have different threads. I had to reuse the cheap plastic cap that came with the new condenser. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE Denso 478-1500 Receiver Drier as it will NOT fit the Denso 477-0564 Condenser! I read that this Denso 477-0564 Condenser is an exact replacement for the RX300 made by the original manufacture. IT IS NOT! The drier chamber has different threads and are not the same as the original OEM condenser.

Denso are the OEM for Toyota and Lexus, and this part literally saved me hundreds of dollars over an identical one from Lexus dealership Parts dept.
