I got this dent puller kit to help my friend who had a big dent on the side of their car. They opened their door and it hit a pole hard, leaving a big soft dent, and a sharper dent.It was an eyesore of a huge dent, about 1 foot wide and tall. The body shop quoted her 4k and said they would have to replace the door.I took this out tool and we pulled out 90% of the dent with the orange puller. No heat gun or boiling water. I think this suction cup set is definitely worth the money and good for larger dents. It could also get sharper dents out too, but it would require heat and more persistence.Only part that I couldn't get out was the direct impact point. It scratched through the paint and left a smaller dent, even smaller than the smallest suction cup this product includes.Its easy to use and highly functional. I don't feel like this would break even if dropped or pulled extremely hard. As long as the surface is relatively flat and clean, it will stick. Much better than using a toilet plunger.

This is a good set. It is not quite professional quality, but it works well, and the price is great. This is a good solution for various small to medium-sized dents. It is very easy to use and offers a good amount of suction.

You get what you pay for. This set is completely fine for an occasional DIY project. The suction cups are strong. The little, extra, cleaning handle has strong velcro that attaches the included sponge to it. It is nice for sanding and cleaning pads if you have the ones that attach to velcro. This is a not too expensive of dent puller kit that has additional uses, whatever your mind can dream up. Just testing it on our counter it has very strong suction power, even with the bag wrapped on the big one still. They are latch type, versus a grip type (where you squeeze your fist on the grip part and it slowly pulls the suction). I thought they were grip when originally ordering, but they function well. The large orange one seems pretty durable, the little black ones not so much, maybe that's why there's two? Easy to use, just flip the latch and then place and flip it back. I originally got this to fix two little dings on the car, so much to my annoyance it did little to fix those. I was hopeful the small ones would do the trick. I'll find uses for these elsewhere or when there is a big dent to pull I guess, but for dings it's a dud, and I pulled many times to make sure.

I got this dent puller kit in hopes that it would pull out the dents on a couple of decorative metal bowls which I have. The suction area of the larger dent puller just wouldn't grab the surface (probably too much of a curve to the bowls), and the smaller one didn't cover the area which it needed to effectively pull the dents. So, that is fair, that use wasn't what these were intended for, so I then tried it on a small dent on our car following the instructions on the product page (the actual product does not come with any instructions). Despite heating the area, washing it thoroughly, and wiping it dry first, the puller kept popping off. I tried again after washing the suction area of the puller with dish soap and thoroughly drying it. The same problem.What the larger dent puller has become handy for is holding my acrylic ruler in place (keeping my fingers out of the way above the ruler, while I apply pressure down) when using my rotary cutter on fabric.

Wasn't too impressed with this. Hoped to get some very small dings out of my car and fridge and neither the big one or little one did the trick. Maybe dents have to be larger, but one of the included small ones even broke, so no, this didn't help me at all.
