I bought these to replace the black laces my 18 year old child got with recently purchased Timberland hiking boots. My child is part of the LGBTQ + community and wanted rainbow laces that are subtle and not so obvious to all. My child wanted these because they are rainbow but not overwhelmingly so. So. My childcan wear these to an upcoming graduation and not draw undue attention. They are sharp, subtly rainbow, and sturdy. Don't know about durability as they have only arrived yesterday. They are also plenty long enough to tie easily.. Great product!

TWO YEARS LATER..Guys- I'm still wearing the same pair of laces in my work boots!!! I'm serious! They're amazing! I do between 8-10 thousand steps a day. They get soaked with water, they get extended sunshine, they get splashed with water/chemicals/dirt constantly.. and after 2 years, they aren't frayed or faded. I don't know how. I've been through 3 pairs of work boots since I bought these laces, and the laces still hold up.Original Review:I wear work boots which require a sturdier lace.My job doesn't allow us to wear colored laces :(These are subtle enough, but with a little bit of color that I can walk past corporate and not be singled out for breaking the rules.They're sturdy. They're vibrant. They seem as though they'll stand the wear and tear of my doc martens for years to come.Definitely will buy again, and definitely would recommend.

Yep. I have derby laces on all my skates and when my new pair of ramp skates come next week, I’ll be measuring and buying another pair. They stay in place, don’t fall apart every time you slide across the floor, and while waxed, they aren’t so stiff that it’s a chore to put on the skates. Love them and grateful they have the rainbow in so many colors.

They are thick, but easy to thread. The rainbow is vibrant, and the black makes them elegant and dazzling. I would send a picture, but I don't know how to het it from my phone to this page Sorry. I have them in my black Vans. They make the already great sneaker look like a million bucks.
