About Spray Ball
DERNORD sanitary rotary spray balls are typically used in food and beverage industry to simplify the interior cleaning of tanks and piping. A fermentation or brite tank can be showered with high-velocity water and/or chemicals on the interior, causing a sheeting action down the vessel walls removing residues and sanitizing the tank. They are designed with a cleaning solution lubrication device, and nozzle is constructed of stainless steel with bearings to eliminate rust.

360 ° Spray
The rotating cip spray ball offers 360°cleaning and better coverage like the rotating arm of a dish washer. Stationary spray balls may not provide sufficient impact (pressure applied to the cleaning surface), or if any of the pores happen to clog, particularly in a mash tun or brew kettle, often create a 'dead spot' where manual cleaning is necessary

As long as you have a proper pump to pair it with, it does the job quite nicely. I use it in my 1100 liter VC tank and it reaches the top from my racking port at the bottom.

Works great, no issue with clogs or areas missing from spray area. Make sure there’s enough sanitizer in tank and flow rate is high enough to spray effectively.

The length for this CIP sprayer is it’s advantage. It allows for the best coverage. The downfall is that it tends to get clogged with debris or particles. That stops it from spinning.

Works well. Solid coverage inside of our 3 bbl equipment. We use it for brite tank and kettles.
