We used these for Christmas drawings. Chalk is so much fun, and easy to clean up off of the table or hands with baby wipes!

It's so pigmented and colorful. I bought this for my art class and you can make really realistic art and I now love using this medium I will buy again as soon as I get low on chalk.

These soft pastels blend beautifully and are great for art projects! However, keep in mind that they aren't like the hard pastels so they will leave a lot of dust which gets messy. Use these outside during adequate weather or someplace meant to get dirty.

This is a great beginner set of chalk pastels. I wanted an inexpensive set so my kids could see if they enjoyed chalk pastels. They've loved these so far.

Great product! Bought this for a college drawing class I was taking. I did my final drawing just using these pastels and it turned out great. The only thing i didn't like about the product is that half of the sticks came broken in half, but that was no biggie due to the nature of the item.Will purchase again.

Wonderful quality for the price! These are smooth and soft. I like them better than other brands in this price range. Very vibrant! Only two arrived broken, which didn’t bother me because that’s how pastels are, broken pieces are part of it and make it easy to share.

These are not dust free, but they do have less dust than traditional chalk if you're looking to use them on chalkboards. The colors are wonderful and vibrant, too.These also are great for adding colored backgrounds to adult coloring books. They do not leave dust on the next page if you use a minimal amount. It makes for a softer effect, too.I've seen these used for children's art, and I'm sure they would be wonderful for that as well.I will be purchasing these again, probably in a larger set for more color variation.
