Design House customer service SOLVED my squeaky, in-warranty faucet problem, sending me free replacement cartridges. No more squeaks! So I changed my rating to 5 stars.FYI, the Design House's part number for the replacement cartridge is 907519.My prior review that Design House responded to:We love these faucets - bought two. HOWEVER, after two years they squeak when opening and closing them. No big deal, just replace the cartridges like in any other faucet right? WRONG! I searched and searched the internet and found nothing. Worse yet, there isn't any practical way to take apart the cartridges to replace the internal rubber O-ring seals, that are the only reason they would squeak, because the parts are pinned together and the pin does not come out to separate them. I can't imagine replacing the entire faucet just because I can't find any replacement parts. So that's why I gave it a low rating. Disappointing!

I was skeptical about getting this faucet, but it works fine! Had a plumber install it, it took him 15 minutes.

Really, really pretty bar faucet, very elegant and expensive looking. It is exactly the right height for wet bar sink. Our sink is a 15” Square and the water from the faucet hits in the middle of the drain. Perfect.

We finished the basement and were needing matching fixtures. This pairs well with the other faucets in the house and the price was much cheaper than anything else we looked at. Looks good and it has worked great for about three months now.

I love the elegant look for the price. I am a fairly handy guy and I think the quality seems decent on this. I have installed some high end Moen faucets and this seems to measure up. Of course only time will tell.
