The fixture is very nice looking and looks good over our kitchen island. However, the electrician noted while installing it that the rods are crooked which causes the fixture to look cock-eyed. Thankfully, he was able to bend it just enough to make it look "ok". A casual observer won't notice the flaw but I can see it. I didn't return the light because my experience with a similar light (different manufacturer) also had a problem with the way a rod was welded to the shade. Bottom line is that nothing is made well today regardless of the price paid. Electricians are expensive so it was easier to live with a less than perfect fixture than to pay him to return.

the quality is good enough. The design is pretty, the size is right and the packaging good. However, it gives off a weird purple-pink glow that is hard to look at and not suited for a billards table.

Just received this. Unfortunately, I did not see that bottom of box was crushed and torn. I opened top of box and only looked at two of the rods. They looked like they were painted by a child, one color, black, brushed here and there over tan. I guess this is "mahogany". The two rods I looked at did not even match. This light is way too expensive for what it is.

Just a nice clean design with this fixture. We hung this over the dining table area in our new house. Also purchased three of the single pendants to go over the island. I was a little nervous about "too much of a good thing" having six of these lights in the kitchen dining area but they all fit well and they are simple and not in your face screaming look at me like some fixtures. We love them.

It's quite nice and with 4-60 watt bulbs, extremely bright (I'll probably either get a dimmer or lower wattage bulbs). Assembly is easy. Hanging it requires getting two screws to line up with their corresponding 1/8" holes, which is a bit tricky considering their length and the weight of the fixture. Glad I decided to wait to attach the shades until after the frame was hung.
