Lamp’s brightness and color tone is nice. However the charging port (USB) and wireless dock are slow charging. Pen holder holds about 4-5 pens so it’s small

I have no complaints about the lamp... it's a lamp. The charger just stopped working altogether. The ramp barely supports any weight on it, I have a Samsung Galaxy S22+ and I always had to take the case off of the phone to use the ramp because it weighed too much. Even with the case off, the ramp would fall all the time. With the charging pad flat, it barely charged my phone. With my phone case on, it had to be in one specific spot; if it were off by a millimeter, it wouldn't work. I'm now 10 days past my return window and I can't get the charger to work at all

Update: the company replied to let me know some tricks to try to get it charged, I appreciate them reaching out to me about my concerns. For the customer service alone I'll give them 5 stars!!! I did try what they stated and it has been working ever since.Nice light works well in my office however the charging dock does not work. It shows my phone as charging but it doesn't actually charge.

Review Update. I previously submitted a bad product review and need to recant the negative review due to further troubleshooting steps that revealed the lamp is working. Initially the lamp wouldn't turn on two days out of the return window so I was highly frustrated. Hoping the issue was a fluke I continuously tried to make the lamp work, different outlets, reseating the plug, etc., etc., to no avail. Technology being my career I then went into troubleshooting mode and verified if the phone charger and the additional USB chargers worked. Low and behold each item worked so I deduced that the lamp is getting power. This lead me to look at the light portion of the lamp which I soon discovered was not fully seated in the base of the lamp. I then proceed to fully seat the light into the base and viola, the lamp turned on. So for others who were having issues with the light not working (there were plenty of negative reviews about the light not working), check to make sure the lamp is fully seated in the base. I hope that the lamp continues to work as expected.

I love how adjustable this lamp is. You can change the light color setting to white, yellow or medium. The brightness itself can also be adjusted, which is super helpful. It works great as a little desk or bedside table lamp.It has a wireless charging port that can be used for phones or watches that charge Wirelessly. It's an excellent addition in my opinion. The little flap pops up/down, so it's not in the way when you're not using it as well! Mine also came with a USB port that is incredibly helpful! You can use it to charge basically anything that uses a USB. So you can charge your phone & watch all at the same time, without needing a single charging block or plugLove the fact that it has a little designated area for pens and other things that usually just take up unnecessary desk space as well. So it really helps with the organizing aspect. Great purchase!
