I purchased two as Christmas gifts for my team. The first batch I received, the background colors were completely faded and you could only see them if you squinted real hard. Disappointed and in a rush to get replacements, I contacted the seller whom did respond and offered to replace both. I requested the replacements be expedited, so I could receive in time for Christmas, but that didn’t happen, so I was forced to give the defective gifts while promising a quality replacement… after about 3 weeks I contacted the seller again to see when the replacements would arrive, I was told there were issues with shipping due to the holidays, and asked if I still wanted the replacements. Of course, I said yes I want the replacements. Finally, I received the “quality” replacements and once again, I am beyond disappointed. The blocks are no longer see through, as there is a vinyl sticker on the back of each which has air bubbles that can be seen through the front.I highly recommend not ordering through this seller and finding another option with decent reviews. I will have to find another option as well, so I can give my team the quality gifts I promised…

I'm more than satisfied with my experience. The delivery was two days quicker than expected and was packaged carefully. The product itself is beautiful, high quality, and sized exactly as described; it will make a better gift than planned. It seems the supplier spared no expense, as the box is just as nice as the nameplate. Seriously, the box unfolds with a magnetic lid, the inside expands for easy removal, and it's lined with linen or something soft and silky. I'm keeping the box and i want to know what else they sell. Thanks for the time and dedication put into this product. I will be purchasing again, should the opportunity present itself.

Purchased this as a gift. Appearance is very good, background flowers is visible & not faded. Has a nice weight to it & I love the see thru quality of the block as you can see in one of the pics when I say it on top of the box that comes with it. Very pleased of the work.
