I have had another punching bag for 2 years and it finally got a leak. I purchased this one and 2 days after receiving it is broken. Would not recommend if you want it to last.

Got this to set up at my 10 year old's standing desk to try and get him to be a little more active during short breaks when playing on the computer. The size is perfect for his age and the set up was super easy.It has a large suction cup at the base which allows it to attach snugly enough that I have no worries of it coming loose and doesn't take up a whole lot of space either.The inflatable bag is soft to the touch and won't hurt their hands and the spring action works well enough. Not sure yet if the material will start to fade and come undone after long use but so far it's working as well as can be expected.

Easy to assemble and comes with a hand pump. I was worried that the spring mechanism seems very strong and didn't want to bend by hand. Once assembled though, when you actually hit the ball, it will bend to 90ish degrees and allow the ball to make contact with whatever surface you have attached it to. The suction cup is huge and does a really great job of holding it in place.
