Harley wanted more $$$$ and a separate cost for the bracket. Found this for a perfect fit and bracket included. It’s just as good as the Harley back rest. The fold down function is great for a passenger to get on without it being in the way. You could use extra bolts/hardware for the lower lever black bracket, but researched Harley’s bracket, and it doesn’t have that area to screw onto the bike on the lower bracket (I used their manual). Secured sturdy and it’s stable. But all in all, this will be working for me.
