It fit my 91 XJ throttle cable with a bit of modification. Where the cable should lay on the detent it was a bit to narrow. In stead of jamming a knife to widen it and weaken the plastic. Heat up a screw driver tip that just a bit wider with a torch or stove and slowly push into that grove. Took all but maybe 10 minutes to get it on and clipped together.

Broke the Cruise Control cable clip when working on my 2001 Jeep Cherokee - Sport. The part is obsolete and can't be purchased. Ordered this clip, and after widening the wire channel slightly with a needle file, it was a perfect fit. Thanks.
