The item does not come with a bottom cylindar with a key, although the picture show it with it.And it doesn't allow me to return it!!Very disappointing.

The item is great, I did not like that the first photo used to advertise the item includes the key cylinder which does not come with the item. I don’t have an issue buying it separately but don’t include that in the photos as it is misleading.
