Was given bad parts and charged around $60 restocking fee since they claimed parts were damaged since paint was missing around where the nuts and bolts go . Once installed, my wheels were so unaligned I wasn't able to drive it to a garage. I was even willing to get replacement parts!

I notified Amazon 2days before the cut off date of the parts not fitting and still had to pay 140.00 to return the parts and a15% restocking fee. I will not order any more auto parts through amazon. Usually amazon is great regarding returns but not this time.

The box was an absolute mess. 2 parts are missing. How do I get the missing spring back? I ordered and paid for 4 but I only received 3. It looks like the box was smashing around and one flew out of the box. How do I get my missing spring?

En lo personal puedo decir que son muy buenos pero tuve un problema y esque un tracero venia dañado y como ya avia puesto los demás ya no quise hacer el reembolso pero en verdad mi cr-v se siente muy bien, suave. Alineamiento es necesario pero eso es normal.

They work well. Just good strut assemblies, and I like how new sway bar links were included. Looks and feels great on my 03 Crv. One thing to note, however, is that (I assume) a break-in period is necessary before they drop to level the car. The front assemblies still stand higher than the back when installed, as if they are constructed for a heavier v6 engine weight. This causes the front wheels to have a minute negative camber, which I assume will eventually drop as they are used. Overall well pleased.

I guess,technically, this product 'works'.... BUT, tolerances are definitely not within OEM spec. Of course,an alignment is needed after installation, but both driver and passenger sides were dramatically toe'd in. Was a Chevy dealer tech and Honda dealer tech for many years and I've never seen anything like this. Ride quality leaves much to be desired. Will work in a pinch, but next time definitely opt for a reputable brand.
