Bought this part and had it installed, not even a year later the part is damaged and I am told by the Mechanic it needs to be changed, So I reach out to Detroit Axle because when the part was bought it was stated to have a Lifetime Warranty. When I call them, they tell me in order for the Warranty to be valid I need to send them the part that was changed a year ago! They wont send me a new part until they receive the one that was initially on the car because they need to manufacture the part from that part!!! Who keeps that part fora year or more. Wen you change a part you dont expect in a year you would have to change it again. Not to mention its not cheap, its a $300 part! Completely ridiculous! So disgusted at this level of robbery!

It started leaking after a year and a half and lifetime warranty was not honored.. think twice before ordering..
