Worst customer service I have experienced! Steering rack failed after 3 months. Then replacement steering rack had faulty parts. Still I had to pay for shipping to receive both steering racks. WTF! Save your money and your time and order at your local parts store.

Not even a year of buying the product and it’s already leaking. Now they want a deposit because I didn’t send back the core. What core? My truck was in an accident and my rack was in pieces. BS customer service and BS cheap built product.

The product fit that I bought for my truck. But they left the 2 jam nuts off of the inner tie rod. I requested the replacement parts and they sent the wrong prats and to many of them, I had to call the supplier direct and sat on the phone for 40 minutes, and they refused to give a refund. From the time that I bought the parts to the time that I am supposed to receive my new replacement parts will be almost a month. I would not recommend Detroit Axle.
