The rack and pinion didn't last long and one of the ball joints nuts keeps backing off the screw

Had the product installed last week. Truck feels alone better, riding. Just wish the sway bars had nipples for easy greasing. But all in all, everything was great.

Fail after just 20 days on my Infiniti QX56. I contacted Detroit Axel and was told they wouldn't warranty the items because I did not ship my old parts back to them. SAY WHAT? First off, no one told me I needed to ship the old parts I spent hard-earned money on for free back to a company I just purchase a replacement from. Again, SAY WHAT? They also told me the lifetime warranty advertised only covers one piece in the entire package and not the items sold with the package.I call Amazon and they could not do anything because, by the time I got fed up with the seller's lack of decency, 30 days have already passed. I honestly thought Amazon would step in that was the whole reason I switch from eBay to buying on Amazon. Now I am out of the money I paid for the items and THE $1,100 that I paid the mechanic.

Very poor quality right out of the box and was missing the sway bar end links. Dealing with the customer service is a nightmare. I tried contacting them to receive my missing parts since amazon would not do anything about it and playing phone tag with customer service caused me to miss the return item window. I would not recommend ordering this product at all.
