So far no problems at allThey sent me the correct item, but was unable to send back my old Rack & Pinion. It cost me too much to send it back, so I kept it - You should not advertise "New, because it's Not!

The rack and pinion was not the correct one for the vehicle. It stated the part would fit my saved car, but the mounting places were completely different. I spent over an hour on hold 2 separate occasions to speak with a representative. It did not happen. I’m hoping they don’t try to charge a restocking fee for sending an incorrect part.
