Shipped in a very sturdy shipping box with good foam protection. It was cleaned and painted. Only issue, a small one, had some paint in the connector. Easily clean. This part is super difficult to install. Ford did not intent for this thing to be replaced. Every so often I will get a hiccup and an error code but it clears all is good again.
