The rack arrived with the collar on the pinion 180 degrees off and that caused me a lot a problems installing the rack. it meant that the steering wheel was upside down. I contacted Detroit axle and they were very responsive and emailed me a return label and would have replaced the rack, but then i realized that the issue was that the collar was installed incorrectly, it was an easy fix. So far the rack is working great.
